In the course of your use, we do not intentionally collect personal information, yet we may gather data on your age to ensure compliance with the usage standards of our application. Please note that as a parent or legal guardian, it is your responsibility to supervise and manage your child's use of our services. If a minor provides false information and claims to be of legal age, you, as the parent or guardian, will assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from such misrepresentation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
A. Prohibition of Child-Exploitative Content
- All content depicting, promoting, or related to child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to videos, images, texts, or any form of media.
- Any expression of attraction toward minors is forbidden, particularly discussions, sexually suggestive acts, or inappropriate clothing.
- Explicit or sexually descriptive portrayals of minors—including through artistic mediums such as illustrations or animations—are not permitted.
B. Prohibition of Harmful Behavior Toward Minors
- Actions that threaten, promote, or engage in physical violence against minors are strictly prohibited.
- Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation targeting minors is forbidden.
- Depictions or encouragement of minors participating in dangerous activities are not allowed.
- Content that promotes or illustrates neglect, exploitation, or trafficking of minors is strictly banned.
C. Restrictions on Minor Representation
- Minors are not permitted to appear in livestreams, videos, or any other content on the platform.
- Creating or operating accounts on behalf of minors is prohibited.
- Falsifying age information to bypass platform access restrictions is strictly forbidden.
Any user found to be underage will be subject to immediate action, including permanent account termination, data deletion, and reporting to legal authorities. In cases involving child sexual exploitation or abuse, we will pursue maximum legal penalties and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
- Incidents involving child abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
